My Vodafone subscription treats Switzerland and some other European but Non-EU countries simply as EU countries. Don't most (Dutch) Providers do that?

I live in Belgium (Flanders) and Proximus (my provider) doesn't consider Switzerland as a European country...

@Bjorn-Bjornstad, I would always pick up a vignette. You never know when or why you suddenly need to divert from your route and find yourself in need of a highway. I am exactly doing that for our Austria trip too.

Die Einstellung "Autobahn vermeiden" wurde nicht vom iPhone auf das Android-Handy übernommen.

Ich habe aber auch keine weiteren Tests gemacht und würde in Zukunft einfach sicherstellen, dass die Optionen richtig stehen.

Fazit: eine Route von einem anderen Device kann genutzt werden, die Einschränkungen müssen dann auf dem Navigationshandy aber noch einmal gesetzt werden.

Gerade ausprobiert. Der Austausch zwischen iOS und Android durch das Teilen einer URL funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Einstellung wird korrekt auf Android übernommen.

If you enable avoiding toll roads in the web planner using the toolkit, the navigation app will automatically adopt that setting. Essentially, you only need to consider this when planning the route

kurze Info aus der Praxis. Ich habe eine Route in der Schweiz auf einem iPhone geplant und dabei "Autobahn vermeiden" eingestellt. Diese Route habe ich dann auf einem Android-Handy am Motorrad aufgerufen.

Leider hat mich das Navi dann doch auf die Autobahn geführt.

Ich habe dann gesehen, dass ich die Einschränkung "Autobahn vermeiden" auf dem Android Handy noch einmal hätte auswählen müssen.

Fazit: eine Route von einem anderen Device kann genutzt werden, die Einschränkungen müssen dann auf dem Navigationshandy aber noch einmal gesetzt werden.

(Hoffentlich wird es nicht zu teuer )
