If I click on friends in the NN app and then select their library, when I click on routes I do indeed see their routes. However, when I click on tracklogs, I see MY tracklogs and not my friend's. When I then click on routes, I see MY routes instead of my friend's.

That doesn't seem right to me.

Is it really intended that you can view your friends' tracklogs like this?

Selecting routes afterwards seems to me to go to the wrong library.
