<![CDATA[Waypoint Note - Display Full Note suggestion]]>In the waypoint information panel, one can enter text for the waypoint's note in a small window. One can read the text by scrolling within the entry window, but there is no way that I can find to view the full / entire text of the note in one panel without scrolling.

It would be much easier to proofread the note text if it could be viewed in its entirety in a pop-up window.
