I was wondering if it's possible to combine multiple routes (GPX files) that I've either created myself or received from others into a single route covering several days.

If this is possible, how do I do it?

Thanks in advance!

Then open the initial (Day1) Route, Go to the left panel, click on 3 lines and select Routes option.
From there click Add, select the route you want to display (Day2) and it will display as a line on the same screen (you can change the color of it clicking in the little colored box in the route name) and then click on the "+" sign in the Day2 route name, That's how you Merge Routes.
