I start a new navigation on my phone by searching for an address, and then switches to Android Auto. However, if I turn off the engine before reaching my destination, I have to restart the navigation from my phone because neither the "last search" nor the "last route" options on the Android Auto screen display the previous search.

This isn't a new issue, but it would be helpful to be able to access the last route search without having to take out my phone.
