• Android of iOS?
• Gebruik je je toestel enkel op de motor of ook gewoon ernaast als telefoon?
• Werkt de volumeregeling niet met de knoppen van je toestel?
• Is er een headset aan gekoppeld en is het deze niet die het volume standaard laag zet?

Could you provide a bit more information, such as:

Android or iOS?
Do you only use your device on the motorcycle, or also normally as a phone?
Does the volume control not work with the buttons on your device?
Is a headset connected, and could it be that this is the one setting the volume to low by default?
